I purchased this product for my Boston Terrier puppies when they arrived home in NJ in March weighing around 5 pounds. They initially needed the XS size, but now at 9 pounds, they will soon outgrow the S size. These coats are more suitable for spring rather than winter, but they have proven to be comfortable and effective in keeping the puppies dry. The additional layer of this jacket provides added warmth, with a cozy fleece-like material on the inside. The leash hooks at the back are very convenient. The size small fits my 9lb Yorkie perfectly, allowing room to layer it over a thin shirt for extra warmth in extremely cold conditions. The jacket also offers some elasticity for a bit of stretch.

I was thrilled when I found this product as it was exactly what I was looking for and the fit was perfect. However, my excitement turned into concern after wearing the coat only three times and the back hooks broke while out on a walk with my dog. This incident was quite scary as my dog almost got off the lead, luckily, I was able to keep a close eye on him as we live in the countryside. I have tried ordering multiple coats before, but none of them have fit me just right. This was my final attempt through Amazon and I must say the quality is great, but the coat is too big for me. I need to find the size that is just right, like the baby bear. So, I will be ordering the same coat in a smaller size and keeping this one for when I grow into it!

I adore this adorable jacket for my French Bulldog puppy. The quality is excellent, especially considering the price point. I appreciate the convenience of being able to attach his leash directly to it, although I wouldn’t suggest it for a dog that pulls excessively. I would absolutely buy this product again.
